JAN 27th [8:00 AM]. We are open and fully functioning!
JAN 26th [12:30 PM] We are currently under a Level 2 Snow Emergency. For the remainder of the day, the club will be open for court reservations only.
Access instructions will be provided once a reservation is booked.
Open Plays and DUPR Game Plays are canceled for the remainder of the day, with hopes of resuming tomorrow, pending weather conditions.
Clinics and lessons will be held at the discretion of the instructor.

JAN 25TH [7:00 AM] - FRANKLIN COUNTY LEVEL 2 — Open Play and Leagues are canceled today for January 25th. League will be rescheduled to Feb. 8th. Reservations may still be made at bookings.pickleandchill.com

With the possibility of inclement weather, we want to share our weather policy to prioritize your safety and peace of mind. At Pickle & Chill, we follow Franklin County’s road condition levels to guide our decisions:
Level 3 (Severe Hazard):
Club will be closed, all events will be canceled.
Participants will receive a full refund in club credit.
Level 2 (Moderate Hazard):
Events will proceed with caution.
If you feel unsafe traveling, we’ll gladly provide club credit upon request.
Level 1 (Low Hazard):
We will remain Open, all events will proceed as scheduled. Use Caution
We’ll keep you updated on cancellations via email, THIS SITE, and social media. Your safety is our top priority—please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns.
