Academy Game Lab

Academy Game Lab is a 3‑week, 2‑hour lab designed for players progressing from the Academy—or those who want game reps without completing it. Players rotate through pods in a 1:4 instructor‑to‑player ratio with nonstop gameplay focused on strategy and tactics, while the instructor rotates in and provides live feedback. We will plan to use video recording as an evaluation review. Come get coached by and play with our pros! [No Academy requirement and no DUPR impact.]

Academy Game Lab – Application Timeline

1. Apply (April 13–April 20)

Applications open April 13 and close April 20. Complete the application form and list all possible days and times you are available for the Academy Game Play Lab.

2. Application Review (April 21–April 23)

Our team reviews applications and builds pods based on availability and fit.

3. Acceptance Notifications Sent (April 24)

You will receive an email on April 24 letting you know if you have been accepted.

4. Confirm Your Spot

To secure your spot, you must reply to the acceptance email confirming participation.

If the assigned day/time no longer works, notify us immediately and we will do our best to re‑pod you.

5. Final Pods & Payment

Once all spots are confirmed and pods are finalized, payment will be collected.

6. Program Dates

The Academy Game Play Lab runs for 3 weeks, beginning the week of May 4 and ending the week of May 18.

Please note: Do not apply unless you are serious about participating, as spots are limited and poding is finalized before payment. Admission to the Academy Game Lab is subject to court and coach availability.
