Okara is a Columbus-based mobile cart serving fresh açaí bowls at events across the city. Founded by Thiago — a Brazilian immigrant who built something delicious from scratch — Okara is all about food that fuels real life. Honest ingredients, bold flavor, and a story worth knowing. The cart will be set up and ready to serve. Swing by, show some love to a local small business, and grab a bowl while they last!
